He stresses the value of clarifying goals and objectives upfront then facilitating a structured planning process, followed by tracking with a light touch. A third-degree Microsoft Project black belt, he excels in graphically portraying accurate resource requirements.
He has conducted over 200 seminars for companies such as Sun Microsystems, Computer Associates, Washington Mutual, Owens Corning, Bell South, Fair Isaac, Deloitte & Touche, and ITT. Abroad he has worked with the Oil Ministry of Kazakhstan and Hyundai.
He holds an MA in Communications from Norwich University and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
